Initial Assessment and Candidate Profiling

Upon registering with ASRA, you’ll receive a welcome packet detailing our process. We begin by carefully assessing your needs to make informed personnel recommendations. Next, we assist you in creating an ideal candidate profile for the positions you’re interested in. We’ll also help you prepare for your future employees, discuss necessary working conditions, and define the roles and responsibilities of your prospective staff.

Our recruitment and vetting processes

  • STEP 1

    Candidate Interview

    After we curate your candidate profiles, you can interview one or multiple candidates via telephone or Zoom video call. We provide all necessary documents for conducting an effective interview beforehand.

    Suitable Candidates

    ASRA conducts a thorough search to secure candidates who meet your requirements. To assist you in evaluating the quality and personality of each candidate, we provide a detailed guide of interview notes curated by our expert recruitment consultants.

  • STEP 3

    Employment Placement Agreement

    When you decide to offer a position to one of our candidates, we provide a draft agreement of the job proposal to ensure maximum security and satisfaction for both parties. Once the candidate accepts the offer, they are employed directly by you through ASRA.

  • STEP 4

    Settling In New Employees

    We assist with the entire relocation process for new employees. Our team provides help and support during the initial settling-in period, including handling visa requirements, travel arrangements, and work permits in Ghana.

  • STEP 5

    Advisory Services

    Our consultants provide expert guidance at every stage of the recruitment process. We offer comprehensive services such as tax consultation, insurance guidance, contract management, safety protocols, and more.

  • STEP 6

    Service Guarantee

    At ASRA, we stand behind our placements with a robust three-month guarantee, outlined in detail within our recruitment agreement’s terms and conditions. Our goal is to foster enduring relationships with our clients and their professional staff.

    Follow-up Of Placement

Once a candidate is successfully placed, we maintain regular communication with both parties to evaluate the working relationship.
